LIMITED WARRANTY
Effective Date: The warranty is effective as of the date noted on the Purchase Order (PO) Agreement.
Express Warranty: The product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects when installed and maintained according to Aluminum Solution Systems specifications.
Defects Covered: This warranty covers defects such as warping, corrosion, cracking, chalk resistance, and color retention.
Repair/Replace: Aluminum Solution Systems will repair or replace any defective product; however, labor and installation costs are not covered.
Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided up to the original product cost.
Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 20 years from the Effective Date.
Applicability: This warranty applies only to the original Owner/Purchaser.
Transferability: The warranty is transferable for 3 years if proof of purchase is provided.
Registration: The product must be registered within 90 days for the warranty to take effect.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance must be conducted according to Aluminum Solution Systems guidelines to maintain warranty validity.
Redemption: Claims for defects must be submitted within 30 days, accompanied by the required documentation.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover mishandling, marine use, harsh conditions, natural causes, or improper care.
