All stocked items from Aluminum Solution Systems are thoroughly inspected before purchase or shipment. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 business days to be eligible for an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products must be in new and unused condition and returned within 10 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased more than 10 days before the return request are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the following details must be provided to Aluminum Solution Systems to ensure proper processing: Delivery Dates, Tracking Number, Product Name and Description, Quantities, Sales Order, Invoice Number, and Reason for return. All returned materials must be stocked items in re-sellable condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom colors or custom items cannot be returned. Credit will be issued for products received in good condition, with original length and packaging intact at the time of purchase. All credits can be used within 12 months.
To maintain the product from Aluminum Solution Systems, use basic cleaning supplies and a microfiber cloth for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals to ensure the product’s longevity and integrity.

To replace a Click profile, you can remove the damaged profile without needing to take down the entire wall. For Universal profiles, you will need to remove the screws from the profiles above the damaged one in order to replace it. A new, inspected profile will be used as a replacement for the damaged one, as every profile undergoes inspection before leaving the factory.
